Introducing North America’s First White Pinotage from the Red Pinotage Grape. Whole bunches were delicately and slowly pressed which prevented the juice from obtaining colour from the skins for this beautiful blanc de noir. Once settled, the Pinotage juice was racked and then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Lees stirring post ferment for 1 month has added a slightly creamy character. Our White Pinotage has fresh aromas of floral, citrus and subtle berry. Flavours of pineapple and white peach are followed by a bright acidity and a lengthy finish.
